Desview S7 7" Field Monitor

The Desview S7 7" camera monitor features a 10-bit, 1920 x 1200 IPS LCD for viewing 4K, HD, or SD video signals fed in through its HDMI or composite inputs. Both inputs have loop-through outputs for sending the video signal downstream to other equipment or for recording. Monitoring tools such as focus peaking, zebras, 1:1 pixel mapping, and more make it easy to evaluate your image. The monitor includes both an L-series and an LP-E6 battery plate, and it can also be powered from the included power supply. Three 1/4"-20 threaded points offer mounting options, such as an optional articulating arm or the included shoe-mount ball head. A sunshade is also included for shooting outdoors in strong sunlight or other unevenly lit situations.

• The S7 can display UHD and DCI 4K signals on its 10-bit panel. With the 1920 x 1200 display, you can easily check focus and framing of high-resolution video.
• If you need to fine-tune the image, enable the peaking filter to strip the color from the image and add a selectable red, blue, or green outline to whatever is in focus.
• Four programmable function buttons on the front panel let you create shortcuts to the functions you use most often.
• The monitor displays 4K signals at 1:1 resolution, without scaling or processing. Since a 4K image has a higher resolution than the monitor can natively display, you need to pan around the monitor to view the entire image.
• One of the many included tools for perfecting your image, Check Field mode helps you calibrate the monitor accurately by displaying only the selected color on screen. Choose from red, green, blue, or gray for a grayscale image.
• Image flip is a special function that lets you correct the image if you need to mount the monitor upside down, or if an adapter changes the orientation of the image.
• Zebras overlay animated black-and-white stripes on overexposed areas so you can quickly evaluate exposure in bright highlights.
