The DJI Care Refresh 1-year service plan provides coverage for accidental damage to the DJI Mini 3 Pro in the EU region.

Up to two replacements can be requested within 12 months of activation, for an additional fee per replacement.
Coverage includes collisions, water damage and user error.
Covered parts include the drone body, gimbal, camera, battery and propellers.
The replacement unit is new or equivalent to new.
The service is tied to the drone's serial number and must be activated within the deadline specified by DJI.
