Description

The DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan is a 12-month protection service for the DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine drone, covering accidental damage during normal use.

Up to two replacement devices can be requested during the 12 months following activation, each subject to a separate fee. Coverage includes collisions, falls, water damage and pilot error. The replacement device is new or equivalent to new.

Coverage extends to the drone body, camera system, battery, propellers and fasteners. The service is linked to the drone's serial number and must be activated within 48 hours of the drone's first activation. It is available as a digital service with an activation code in the EU region.
