A mount conversion kit for the Meike FF Prime 105 mm T/2.1 full-frame cine lens, allowing an existing EF, E or RF mount to be converted to a PL mount.

Target lens and mount: Meike FF Prime Cine 105 mm, PL mount
Designed for one focal length, as each lens has its own mount base.
Shims are included to fine-tune the flange distance for accurate infinity focus.
Professional servicing is recommended for the conversion because it involves adjustment of the lens calibration.
