Description

The Metabones Nikon G – Fuji X Speed Booster ULTRA 0.71x (matt black) allows Nikon F-mount lenses to be used on Fujifilm X-mount cameras while increasing light-gathering ability and angle of view. The maximum aperture increases by one stop and the APS-C crop factor is reduced.

The optical design consists of 5 elements in 4 groups and uses high-refractive-index tantalum-based glass from Caldwell Photographic, USA. MTF improves, while distortion and vignetting are reduced. The patented aperture ring has 8 clearly marked positions.

Nikkor G and F lenses, including non-AI and AI types, can be used; some E-series and special lenses are not supported. The adapter has an aluminium and brass construction, a matt black satin finish and a detachable tripod foot. The aperture ring must be set to position “7” before mounting.
