Description

The Metabones Olympus OM – Sony E-mount Speed Booster ULTRA (version 3) adapts full-frame Olympus OM lenses to APS-C Sony E-mount cameras. The maximum aperture increases by approximately one stop, the angle of view expands by 0.71x, and the crop factor is reduced from 1.5x to 1.07x.

The optical design consists of 5 elements in 4 groups and uses high-refractive-index tantalum-based glass, providing improved corner sharpness, reduced distortion and minimal vignetting. Precision-machined brass on both sides provides an accurate fit without gaps.

Infinity focus is retained, and the tripod foot is detachable and Arca-compatible. The interior has a matt black finish and the exterior a satin black finish. The adapter is also suitable for CRC and floating-element lenses.
