Description

The MKE 600 is the ideal microphone for video cameras and camcorders, and it stands up to the demands of film work too. Thanks to its strong directivity, the MKE 600 picks up sound from the direction the camera is pointing while effectively attenuating sound arriving from the sides and from behind. The switchable "Low Cut" filter cuts wind noise even further. Because some video cameras and camcorders do not supply phantom power, the MKE 600 can also run on a battery. A battery on/off switch stops the battery draining prematurely, and a "Low Batt" indicator warns you when the battery is running low
