Description
The SmallRig 6413 power cable supplies Canon cameras that use LP-E6P batteries from a V-mount battery with a D-Tap output. The one-metre flat cable magnetically coils into a palm-sized loop. The cable has a braided nylon covering, and the dummy battery is the same size as the original. An improved decoding chip helps the camera recognise the power source. It features protection against overvoltage, overheating, overcharging and short circuits. The manufacturer tested the connector for more than 5000 connection cycles and the cable for 2000 bending cycles.
