It mounts on the cage's lens backplate and releases again with the Unlock catch, so the phone accepts ordinary 67mm filters — polarizers, ND and variable ND — in a moment. SmallRig offers its own TrueColor 67mm Hybrid VND filters 6896 (1-5 stop) and 6897 (6-9 stop) to go with it. The aluminum alloy body with a silicone seat is 6.4 mm thin and weighs 19.4 g, so it barely registers on the cage. This version belongs on cages and kits for the iPhone 18 Pro; the iPhone 18 Pro Max takes adapter 6907. Do not use in environments with strong acids or alkalis.
