SmallRig BSS2402 Counterweight Mounting Plate for Zhiyun CRANE 3 LAB Handheld Gimbal

The SmallRig BSS2402 mounting plate replaces the original camera plate of the Zhiyun CRANE 3 LAB and its rows of 1/4"-20 threads let you trim a front-heavy rig with counterweights. Rubber pads protect the body; a millimetre scale marks the position.

The SmallRig BSS2402 mounting plate replaces the original camera plate of the Zhiyun CRANE 3 LAB and its rows of 1/4"-20 threads let you trim a front-heavy rig with counterweights.

Balance with counterweights

The plate replaces the original camera plate of the gimbal. Counterweights go on the rows of 1/4"-20 holes at the rear and balance a front-heavy setup.

Camera mounting

Secured with a 1/4" screw, or 1/4" and 3/8" together for camcorders.

Rubber pads

On top, they protect the camera from scratches.

Millimetre scale

Makes it easy to mark the camera position.

Counterweights

2459 (50 g), 2284 (100 g) and 2285 (200 g) are sold separately.

SmallRig Counterweight Mounting Plate for Zhiyun CRANE 3 LAB Handheld Stabilizer BSS2402 is designed to replace the original camera plate that comes with the Crane 3 and allows you to balance a front-heavy camera setup by adding counterweights at the rear. The plate secures to the bottom of the camera via a 1/4" screw, or both 1/4" and 3/8" screws for camcorders. It features rows of 1/4"-20 threaded holes to support counterweights. Optional counterweights 2459 (50 g), 2284 (100 g) and 2285 (200 g) are sold separately. The top of the plate features rubber pads to protect the camera from scratching. Additionally, it features two M5 threaded holes on the side to fit the original sliding base of the gimbal, and a millimetre scale for easily marking camera position.
