Description

The Tilta Basic Kit offers a full camera cage, two handles and a 15 mm LWS rod system for the RED KOMODO-X camera. The cage consists of five removable parts: front and rear top plates, two side arms and a bottom plate.

NATO rails, a cold shoe, an ARRI rosette and 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threads with locating points provide mounting options for accessories. The top handle folds, while the walnut left side handle rotates and attaches to a NATO rail. The kit also includes a lens adapter support that makes contact at multiple points and a side 15 mm rod holder.

The 15 mm LWS baseplate has a Tilta Standard dovetail connection, and the kit includes two 15 × 200 mm aluminium rods. According to the manufacturer, the cage measures 125.5 × 126.4 × 123.3 mm and weighs 327 g.
