DJI Care Refresh is a 2-year service for the DJI RS 3 Mini gimbal that allows you to request a replacement in the event of accidental damage.

2-year service period in the EU region.
The replacement is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
Available for new, unactivated devices or devices activated within the past 48 hours.
For a device repaired at an official DJI service centre, activation is also possible within 72 hours of receiving the invitation email.
The service agreement is sent by email, and the plan is automatically linked to the device.
The device and the service must be purchased in the same country or region.
