DESCRIPTION:

The Manfrotto Befree Advanced Twist aluminium travel tripod and ball head kit is the ideal solution for serious enthusiast photographers who expect maximum performance and stability at all times - even while travelling. The Manfrotto Befree Advanced sits naturally in the hand, and its ergonomic design makes it intuitive to use: you can set your gear up quickly and easily, so your attention stays on the subject and on the shot you are taking. A new spider was developed for the Befree Advanced that delivers perfect stability on any type of terrain and always holds the camera firmly. This model features a new locking system developed by Manfrotto, called "M-Lock". This leg lock closes with a twist, which makes it a fast, easy to use and compact solution. The M-Lock also has no protruding parts and closes neatly around the tripod head, so the Befree Advanced slides easily out of its storage pocket before use. The ergonomic leg angle selector works for right-handed and left-handed photographers alike, so anyone can change shooting perspective intuitively and find the right tripod height without the adjustment taking their attention away from the shot. The legs of the Befree Advanced lock independently at three different angles, giving complete freedom in composition and room for creative ideas. The top spider also has an Easy Link connector, just like Manfrotto's professional 190 and 055 tripods. This lets photographers add a creative touch to their images. Light modifiers, reflectors, lights or other accessories can be attached to the easy link connector, turning the tripod into a mobile studio. If you want to make your outdoor shots more creative with a reflector or an extra light source, the Befree Advanced makes it easy. The tripod kit is fitted with the Manfrotto 494 aluminium ball head, a small but powerful and intuitive head that lets you move the camera quickly and precisely. The 494 center ball head has three independent locks: the first is the main knob that locks the ball. The second is an integrated friction control knob that sets how firmly the ball moves, so the weight of your rig always stays perfectly balanced while you shoot and the camera is easy to position. The third is an independent panoramic knob that keeps the horizon fixed and moves the camera horizontally, so you can capture stunning landscape panoramas. The head's quick release plate is fully compatible with the most widely used plate standards in the world: the Manfrotto RC2 and the Arca-Swiss type. With the plate attached to your camera, the camera can be mounted quickly and easily on any Manfrotto head and on any other brand's tripod head that uses the Arca type, with no extra fitting. The Befree Advanced is the best travel tripod for passionate photographers who want maximum performance even when they are on the road. This lightweight travel tripod is the optimal combination of portability, sturdiness, simple setup and easy operation. The Befree Advanced Travel Tripod Twist is available in black, red and blue.
